Plain words, no fine print games
Privacy Policy
You are trusting us with your name, your phone number and the address of your home. Here is exactly what we do with them.
Last updated October 4, 2026
The short version
- We collect what you give us so we can visit your home, write your report and do the work.
- We do not sell your information. Ever.
- We call, text or email you about your own project, not to pressure you.
- We never publish your street address. Finished-job photos name the town only.
- Ask us to see, fix or delete your information and we will.
Who we are
Pujols Roofing & Siding LLC is a family-owned roofing and exterior contractor with its office at 130 Washington St, Rocky Hill, NJ 08553. When this page says "we" or "us", it means us. This policy covers pujolsroofing.com and the calls, texts, emails and visits that follow when you contact us.
What we collect
What you give us. When you request a consultation, pick a time on the calendar, call, text or email, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- The address of the home and what you want looked at.
- Any photos or notes you send us.
- The day and time you picked for the visit.
- How you heard about us, if you tell us.
What we create during the work. At the visit and on the job, our crews take photos of the roof and the outside of the home. These go into your Pujols Roof Health Report, your proposal and your job record.
What the website picks up on its own. Like most sites, ours records basic visit data: the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, a rough location based on the internet address, and the ad or link that brought you here.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers on this website.
How we use it
- To call you back, schedule your consultation and show up at the right house.
- To write your report and your proposal.
- To do the work, register your warranties and pull permits when a town needs them.
- To answer your questions before, during and after the job.
- To check in after the work is done and care for the home over time.
- To see which pages and ads are useful, so we can make the site better.
- To keep the records the law and our insurance require.
Who sees it
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
We share only what is needed, with:
- Our own team and crews, so the right people arrive at the right address.
- The tools we run the business on: website hosting and email, our online calendar (Cal.com), our job photo app (CompanyCam), and Google services for address lookup, maps and visit counts. They handle your information for us and under their own privacy policies.
- Manufacturers, such as GAF or James Hardie, when we register a warranty in your name.
- Town offices, your HOA or your insurance company, when the job calls for a permit, an approval or a claim, and you have asked us to handle it.
- A financing company, only if you choose to apply for financing.
- The authorities, if the law requires it.
Photos of your home
Job photos are how we show our work, so we want to be clear about them.
- We never publish your street address or house number.
- When we show a finished job on our website or social pages, we name the town and the work, nothing more.
- We do not show your name with a photo unless you have said yes, for example in a review you wrote.
- If you would rather your home not appear at all, tell us at any time. We will leave it out or take it down.
Calls, texts and email
When you give us your phone number or email, you are asking us to contact you about your request. We will call, text or email about your consultation, your report, your proposal and your job.
- No one here makes sales calls. Your price comes in writing and holds for 90 days.
- You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails by replying to say so.
- Message and data rates may apply to texts.
- We do not share phone numbers or text message consent with anyone for marketing.
Cookies and site data
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use a few that the site needs to work, such as the one that keeps the consultation form secure while you fill it in. We may also use Google's tools to count visits and to see which ads bring people to the site. The calendar and the address search load from Cal.com and Google only on the pages that use them.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though the form may ask you to start over.
How long we keep it
If we do work on your home, we keep the job record for as long as your warranties last and as long as tax and insurance rules require. That way, when you call in ten years, we know exactly what is on your roof.
If you asked for a consultation and decided not to go ahead, we keep your request for our records and delete it when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Show you the information we have about you.
- Fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it for a warranty, a contract or the law.
- Stop calling, texting or emailing you.
- Take photos of your home off our website and social pages.
Write to team@pujolsroofing.com or call (609) 212-5000. We answer within a few business days, and we honor these requests no matter which state you live in.
How we protect it
The website runs over an encrypted connection. Lead and job records sit behind logins that only our office team can use. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn that your information was exposed, we will tell you promptly and say what we are doing about it.
Children
This website is for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is a big one, we will say so on the homepage.
