By accessing or using Pujols Roofing & Siding's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Scope of Services

Pujols Roofing & Siding provides residential and commercial roofing, siding, and related exterior home-improvement services. Detailed project scopes and deliverables will be documented in individual service agreements or estimates.

Estimates & Payment

Quotes: All estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due upon acceptance.

Final Payment: Due upon completion and your satisfaction.

Acceptable payment methods: credit/debit card, check, ACH transfer.

Customer Responsibilities

Site Access: Ensure clear, safe access to work areas and removal of personal items.

Permits & Approvals: Obtain any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Utilities: Provide access to water and electricity as needed.

Warranties & Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for 5 years from completion.

Manufacturer Warranties: Shingles, siding, and materials carry manufacturer warranties as specified in your estimate.

Limitation of Liability

Pujols Roofing & Siding's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pujols Roofing & Siding, its officers, employees, and subcontractors from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence.

Termination & Cancellation

By You: Written notice at least 7 days before the scheduled start date; deposit forfeited.

By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for non-payment or unsafe conditions, with notice.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, labor strikes).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Philadelphia County, PA, under AAA rules.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
