Using this website

pujolsroofing.com is run by Pujols Roofing & Siding LLC, 130 Washington St, Rocky Hill, NJ 08553. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You are always welcome to call us at (609) 212-5000 instead.

We are licensed home improvement contractors: NJ License #13VH13563700 and Pennsylvania license PA197045.

Prices and proposals

• Any price, range or example on this website is general information. It is not an offer and not a quote for your home.
• Your real price comes in a written proposal after we have seen the house.
• No Pressure Pricing: the price in your written proposal holds for 90 days from the date on it. There is nothing to sign at the visit.
• A proposal becomes an agreement only when you and we both sign it.

Consultations and booking

Requesting a consultation, or picking a time on the calendar, does not commit you to buy anything. We ask that an owner of the home be there for the visit. If your plans change, call or text (609) 212-5000 and we will move or cancel it.

We serve homes within about an hour of our Rocky Hill office. If your home is outside that area, we will tell you so quickly and plainly.

The work itself

Everything about the job itself lives in your signed contract: the scope, the materials, the price, the payment schedule, the timeline and your right to cancel under New Jersey or Pennsylvania law. If this page and your contract ever disagree, your contract wins.

Warranties on materials come from the manufacturer. Our warranty on workmanship is written in your contract. The website describes these in general terms. The warranty documents themselves are what count.

Photos, reviews and brand names

• The photos of homes on this site are real Pujols jobs unless a photo is clearly labeled otherwise.
• The reviews are from real customers and are quoted in their own words. Where we shorten one, we mark the cut.
• The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Pujols Roofing & Siding LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking.
• GAF, James Hardie, ProVia, Trex and the other product names on this site belong to their owners. We name them because we install their products and hold their certifications.

What you send us

Photos and notes you send through the form are yours. By sending them, you let us use them to understand your project and prepare your report. We will not publish them. Please send only information that is true and that you have the right to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Fair use of the site

Please do not:

• Send false requests, or requests in someone else's name.
• Try to break into the site, overload it or pull information from it with automated tools.
• Use the site to send spam or anything unlawful.

Other companies' tools and links

Some parts of the site are run by other companies: the booking calendar (Cal.com), maps and address search (Google), and review pages on Google and the Better Business Bureau. When you use those, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We link to them because they are useful, but we do not control them.

What the website does not promise

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current. Still, products change, prices change and mistakes happen. The website is provided as it is, without warranties about its content, and it is not a substitute for an inspection of your home.

To the extent the law allows, Pujols Roofing & Siding LLC is not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, this website. This limit is about the website only. It does not reduce what we owe you under a signed contract or a warranty, and it does not limit any right the law says cannot be limited.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about the website belongs in the state or federal courts that serve Somerset County, New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never alter a proposal or contract you already have.
